"Every time I see a sunrise I think of ancient civilizations that worship the Sun. They worship the Sun because they couldn't understand it. To them it was a God. Every morning when it rose they felt absolute joy and every evening when it sat they felt paralyzing fear that it would never rise again. Now that we are so enlightened and we have so much science we understand why the Sun rises and sats. But I think sometimes it would be more valuable if we realized that our lives depend, like the ancient civilizations, on the Sun going up and going down."
